Instructions
Beat the egg yolks vigorously with water and sugar.
Add the powdered chocolate and cocoa by mixing spoon.
Mix the sieved flour and dropped to rain with the egg whites very gently with a wooden spoon.
Pour the mixture into the cake tin and livellatene the surface and place in the oven already warm (170-200 degrees) for about 30 minutes.
Garnish with chocolate leaves and some icing.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon of warm water
- 60 g of sugar
- 40 g of powdered chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 40 g of flour
- 3 egg whites mounted to snow
- For garnishing:
- 50 g of chocolate leaves
- Some of cherries in syrup
