Cold citrus cake
Instructions
Make a custard by heating the milk with an orange zest and adding the beaten yolks with sugar and a tablespoon of cornstarch.
Bring slowly to the boil stirring constantly.
Cook a few minutes, add a few tablespoons of orange juice and let cool.
Peel the fruit and divide into cloves.
Put the cream on sponge cake, then starting from the outside made of circles with the fruit wedges.
Prepare a warming jelly in a pan 4 tablespoons Marmalade with orange juice, brush the cake and let rest in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
