Pork chops with wine
Instructions
Place the chops in a pan off and bottom, sprinkle with oil, season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with chopped very fine of garlic, Sage and Rosemary; Brown them well on all sides over high heat and pan uncovered, 5 minutes per side.
After this time, sprinkle with red wine and let it evaporate almost completely.
Remove the meat from the fire and serve hot immediately.
