Artichokes pie with mozzarella
Instructions
Cut the artichokes into wedges and cook in salted water with lemon for 15 minutes.
Grease a mould from tart, roll out the puff pastry, above you have half sliced mozzarella.
In a bowl mix the eggs with the grated cheese, a clove of garlic with a sprig of parsley and remaining mozzarella, diced.
Spread the artichokes on pasta, cover them with the prepared mixture, add salt, pepper, oil and irrotate in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

- 8 artichokes
- 1 mozzarella
- Frozen puff pastry
- 2 eggs
- Grated cheese
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
