Carrot cake with citrus
Instructions
Knead the flour with yeast, milk, oil and sugar, knead the dough by adding if necessary a few tablespoons of water, then formed into a ball, cover it with a damp cloth and let rest in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Mix the grated carrots with cheese, honey, Orange and lemon peel and almonds.
Roll out the dough with the rolling pin, covered by a mould cake opens and pour the mixture of carrots.
Bake at 180 degrees already hot for 40 minutes.
