Cheese cake (2) (Torta di Formaggio (2))
Instructions
Place the blue cheese cut into thin slices in a bowl, sprinkle with 1 or 2 tablespoons of cream and crushing.
Put it in the mixer with the other cheeses plus a pizzichino of salt and pepper and operated until obtaining a cream.
Whip the cream and add gently to this cream.
Grease a mold, fill it with the mixture of cheese, livellatene the surface and place it covered in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
To unmold the cake smoothly you can line the mold with plastic wrap that slightly and you will leave ungerete quit the Board.
Put the cake on a serving dish, surrounded with the salad washed and cleaned and serviced apart of the toasted slices of bread.

- 100 g of sweet gorgonzola cheese
- 250 g of fresh cheese goat type
- 50 g of herb cheese
- 200 g of whipping cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 handful of frisee salad

- Some of slices bread
