Instructions

Beat the eggs with the sugar, lemon zest and flour.

Gradually add the milk and, when the mixture will be smooth, honey, raisins softened in hot water and candies.

Grease with butter a mould cake, pour the mixture and bake in the oven at 150 degrees already warm for half an hour.

Let cool, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
