Almond Cake (Torta di Mandorle)
Instructions
Beat the butter with the sugar and 8 egg yolks.
Combine the almonds, chocolate 50 g of flour.
Mix well and stir in the whipped egg whites.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish with a diameter of 30 cm, buttered and floured.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
