Instructions
In a bowl mix the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture is fluffy and white.
Add the flour, potato flour, 100 g of ground almonds and two tablespoons orange liqueur and butter cream worked.
Grease a mould, rivestitelo of ground almonds, pour the mixture and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Put the tart and allow it to cool.
Sprinkle the surface with plenty of powdered sugar.

- 120 g of almond
- 60 g of flour
- 60 g of potato starch
- 4 egg yolks
- Orange liqueur
- Icing sugar
