Almond and amaretti cake
Instructions
Crush the almonds.
Mix sugar and yolks in a Holster.
Combine yeast, lemon rind, starch and flour.
Stir the mixture thoroughly.
Apart from whipping the egg whites and mix the dough.
Combine the almonds pounded.
Put the mixture into a buttered and floured and bake at 180 degrees, cooking for 45 minutes.
Crumble the macaroons, add 100 g of butter and mix.
Add the orange liqueur amaretto and 50 g of sugar.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.
Cut into 3 disks.
In the midst of amaretto cream discs.
Sprinkle the cake with toasted almonds.
Serve sprinkled with sugar.

- 200 g of starch
- 100 g of flour

- 150 g of amaretti biscuits
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 1/2 cup of amaretto orange liquor
- 1/2 teaspoon of yeast
