Cassava and cheese cake
Instructions
Boil cassava in salted water for 30 minutes.
Drain and place in a bowl.
Cook carrots and drain.
Add milk, margarine to cooked cassava and mash with a fork.
Add the cheese and stir.
Grease a baking dish and put the whole thing.
Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with slices of carrot.
Put the cake on the grill for a few minutes until the cheese has melted and garnish with the chopped parsley.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 450 g of diced peeled cassava
- 225 g of grated cheese
- 2 carrots sliced
- 6 cl of milk
- 25 g of margarine
- 1 handful of fresh parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
