Instructions
In a large bowl, vigorously beat eggs and add the sugar.
Stir thoroughly using a wooden spoon until mixture is fluffy.
Soon after, add little by little the flour (sifted) and keep on stirring.
To make this operation easier, pour flush the oil and milk until I.
After the flour, stir again for a few minutes and add the Vanillin, grated lemon zest, which you previously rinsed very carefully under running water and baking powder (sifted).
Stir vigorously until the last ingredients are blended, then add apples, you have previously cut into thin slices and split in half, turn again the mixture and pour it into a cake mold (not too large) previously anointed with butter and powdered with flour.
Keep a small amount of apples cut into slices and place them on the cake whole thrust in the dough.
Bake in the oven already warm for about 35 minutes at 170 degrees.
Thereupon, let cool and sprinkle the cake with a thin layer of cinnamon powder.
Tip: to make it even more inviting your cake, you could add to the dough, before you dip the slices of Apple, 100 g dark chocolate shavings.
