Instructions

Peel the quinces, cut them in half and remove the core.

Put them in a saucepan with lemon, a tablespoon of granulated sugar and enough water to cover them.

Cook over gentle heat for 15 minutes.

Let them cool, then incidetele on the back with parallel cuts lengthwise.

Beat remaining sugar with butter and vanilla sugar until the mixture becomes white.

Then add the eggs, one at a time, then add the flour mixed with baking powder.

Perfumed with lemon zest, softened with milk and pour the mixture into the mold.

Put apples and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes and 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Serve the cake warm.
