Apple pie and chocolate
Instructions
Knead the soft butter kept at room temperature, with the sugar, add the egg yolks and continue to work, add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, brandy.
Peel the apples and cut into cubes, chopped nuts, crushed chocolate and add them to the mixture, mix well.
Beat egg whites until foamy and add them gently.
Grease a mould from the edges a bit tall, spolverizzatelo of breadcrumbs and pour the mixture, smoothed the surface, sprinkle with sugar and bake in oven at 180 degrees for one hour.
