Instructions
Put into a bowl the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and chopped garlic, pepper, salt and mix.
Pass in this compound the braciole, wrap each on itself, insert them in the skewers and cook them on the grill ungendole with oil.
Serve the skewers warm well.

- 12 veal chops
- 150 g of breadcrumbs
- 100 g of grated pecorino cheese
- Parsley
