Cake with nuts and candied fruits
Instructions
Work in 1 Bowl, the egg yolks with sugar until mixture is light and fluffy 1.
Apart beat the egg whites until foamy and soda well yolks, mixing them well.
Combine in small amounts at a time, alternating, flour, chopped walnuts and candied fruits.
Stir well and add the lemon juice.
Butter, flour a cake tin, then pour in the mixture; Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
Allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

- 250 g of chopped walnuts
- 180 g of sugar
- 200 g of flour
- 200 g of diced mixed candied fruit
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
