Veal chops with onions
Instructions
Brown chops on both sides in the melted butter.
Add the spring onions, previously boiled, skinned and sliced gherkins, tomato sauce and, if necessary, a little hot water.
Cook until the sauce has thickened.
Place the chops on a serving dish, wrap the onions and gherkins and pour over the sauce.

- 4 veal chops
- 50 g of butter
- 300 g of scallions
- 8 pickles
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
