Bread cake
Instructions
Soak the bread cut into pieces and the flakes in mint infusion for the time necessary to obtain a soft dough.
Meanwhile wash and soak the raisins, chopped hazelnuts, chopped peeled Apple slices and grate the orange zest.
In a bowl beat the egg with the oil and honey, add the bread and the flakes, cinnamon and add the other ingredients, mix well and let stand for 2 hours.
Then pour everything into a mold anointed with oil and dusted with flour and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 50 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of stale wholemeal bread
- 1 tablespoon of oatmeal
- 50 cl of infused with mint
- 100 g of sultanas
- 50 g of hazelnuts
- 1 apple
- 1 orange (zest)
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons of corn oil
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- Cinnamon
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Wheat flour
