Black bread cake
Instructions
Crumble the bread and soak it in milk and vanilla for about twelve hours.
After soaking homogenise and leave it in a bowl.
Mount the two egg whites until foamy, add the yolks, make this creamy, almost.
Peel the apples, cut them into pieces small and thin.
UN-shell nuts and spezzettarle, combine the apples, honey and cinnamon.
Combine bread, 1 pinch of salt, the cream the mixture with apples and mix well.
If the dough is too soft, add a little flour; Add the eggs slowly mixing to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Transfer everything into a buttered baking-pan, bake at about 180-200 degrees and bake for about an hour.

- 300 g of black bread
- 2 sachets of vanillin
- 100 cl of milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 10 nuts
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 2 apples (or seasonal fruits)
- 4 tablespoons of wholemeal flour
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- Butter
