Curry pepper cake
Instructions
Peel leeks by depriving them of the root, green part and the toughest outer leaves and reduce it into rings.
Private peppers of the petiole, cut them into small pieces and saute it with the leeks for 3-4 minutes in oil.
Add a ladle of hot broth, in which melted the curry, salt to taste and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Saute for a minute in a non-stick frying pan Bacon without adding seasoning.
Beat the eggs with the cream and a pinch of salt.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and with it a pan lined with parchment paper.
Put on top of the vegetables, bacon and egg mixture and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 250 g of puff pastry
- 4 small leeks
- 2 large peppers
- 3 eggs
- 20 cl of creme fraiche
- 50 g of diced bacon
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
- Flour
- 1 ladle of hot broth
- 1 pinch of salt
