Mix the ricotta with the sugar and make a cream, then add the egg yolks and flour to rain, always stirring.
Meanwhile, whip the egg whites until foamy, and blend the mixture together with the grated lemon rind and baking powder.
Grease and flour a mold and pour in the mixture; infornatelo at medium heat for 40-50 minutes and turn off when inserting a toothpick in the cake will dry.
