Instructions
Prepare the dough and roll out the dough in a pan with fluted edges.
Prick the dough with a fork and cook in preheated oven at 200 degrees and halfway up for about 15 minutes, then levatela from the oven.
Meanwhile you season the leaves washed and cut into strips with butter and paprika (if you prefer, leave whole tipping).
In a bowl beat the eggs, add the egg yolk and cream cheese, cut into very thin slices.
When the leaves are cooked to the mix made from eggs (remove chili if you like), add salt.
Fill the dough with the filling, put in oven and cook for about 30 minutes.
In my opinion, is good served at room temperature.

- 250 g of flour
- 125 g of butter
- 1 egg
- For the filling:
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 G = = Cream
- 300 g of escarole salad
- 100 g of emmenthal cheese
- Salt
- Hot pepper
- 20 g of butter
