Instructions
Put the mushrooms soaked in warm water.
Cut into slices the pumpkin, remove the seeds and stringy part, Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Pass through a sieve.
In a saucepan melt the butter and saute the onion cut into rings, squeezed and chopped mushrooms.
Add the pumpkin puree and let it dry for 10 minutes, stirring.
Remove the Pan from heat, add to mixture four tablespoons of grated cheese, a whole egg and one egg yolk, mix.
Add salt and pepper.
Divide the pastry into two parts, one to tiratene disk and place them in a buttered making up the dough at the edges.
Cover the surface with slices of cheese, pour the pumpkin mixture.
Roll the remaining dough disc and cover the filling.
Pizzicandoli borders sealed to form a cord, stamped the surface with a fork and cook in preheated oven at 200 degrees for an hour.
