Instructions

Cut the zucchini slices.

In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar.

Stir in the sifted flour mixture, oil, cinnamon, grated lemon rind and baking powder.

Mix the ingredients and add the zucchini.

Grease a mould 26 cm hinge and spolverizzatelo flour.

Rovesciatevi the mixture and cook in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Put the cake, let it cool, decorate as desired and serve.
