Stuffed strawberry cake
Instructions
Please add in marsala the strawberries into small pieces.
Sift the flour with the yeast, sugar, almonds and butter; must be a dough grainy.
Mix 3/4 of yoghurt.
Place the cake in a buttered Cake Pan, brush the surface with the remaining yoghurt and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
Baked the cake, let it cool down.
Make a cream with cottage cheese, whipped cream and sweetened strawberries, drain.
Spread on cake cut in half and serve ricomponetela.

- 150 g of flour
- 50 g of almonds
- 40 g of sugar
- 10 g of yeast
- 50 g of butter
- 1 jar of yoghurt
- For the filling:
- 250 g of strawberries
- 30 g of marsala wine
- 40 g of whipped
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
