Snow mounted the 2 egg whites with sugar.
Grease a baking dish with the butter and let the meringue layers just made and put in the oven until it is dry.
Stuffed with 2 layers of gelato flavors; garnish the surface of cake with whipped cream.
Put the cake in the freezer for 1 hour and serve garnished with fresh fruit.
