Frozen rice cake
Instructions
Put the milk on the stove, add the stick of vanilla and bring to a boil.
Remove the vanilla bean and add the rice and allow it to cook until the milk has been completely absorbed; then let cool completely.
Meanwhile, whip the cream to very substantial snow.
Cut the candied cherries into small pieces and place them together to the rice along with the sugar and maraschino, amalgamating the everything perfectly.
A mould lined with a sheet of wax paper and pour in the mixture, livellandone to the surface with the back of a spoon and lightly banging the die on the table, why not remain empty spaces inside.
Keep the cake in the freezer for at least 4 hours, then serve.

- 75 cl of milk
- 1 stick of vanilla
- 150 g of rice
- 25 cl of whipping cream
- 100 g of candied cherries
- 50 g of sugar
- 2 cups of maraschino
