Instructions
Work the butter in a bowl with sugar until mixture is creamy and smooth.
Flavour it with grated orange zest and a shot of rum, then add the almond flour and wheat mixed together and a pinch of salt.
Add whole egg and 2 egg yolks, you work the dough to mix well all the ingredients, then finish with grated dark chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper.
Gather up the dough ball and let rest in a cool place for 2-3 hours.
After this time, roll out about two-thirds of the dough with the rolling pin and place the dough in a baking sheet of 20 cm in diameter, greased and floured.
Cover the dough with a layer of jam, formed on this grid decoration using advanced paste, then cook the pie in the oven is already hot (180 degrees) for 1 hour.
Serve the sweet cold.
If you wish, you can save this cake for about 10 days and close it, once cooled, in a polyethylene bag and then in a tin box.
