Instructions
Dry chopped onion and garlic in 50 g of butter, Add diced carrots and potatoes and peas, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, then season with salt.
Combine beaten eggs, cream cheese, and salt and add to vegetables.
Cover with part of a mould buttered pasta, pour the vegetables, sprinkle with cheese, cover with a disc of puff pastry and bake for 35 minutes at 200 degrees.
