Instructions
In a bowl, pour the flour, eggs, butter without thawing it safely, milk, cocoa, sugar and baking powder.
Mix all with electric mixer for 5 minutes, at maximum speed.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured.
Turn on the oven to 170 degrees and bake the pie for 50 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven, open it and fill them with jam, saving a spoon, and then close it.
Prepare the glaze by dissolving in a Bain-Marie chocolate and butter.
Coat the surface layer of the cake with the remaining butter and then pour the glaze it with a knife.
Allow to cool and then serve.
