Instructions
Melt the chocolate in a Bain-Marie.
The previously softened margarine together half sugar in order to obtain a smooth cream.
Add the melted chocolate one tablespoon at a time, the other half of sugar and flour well sifted.
Add the flour and milk chocolate soy alternatela.
Mix well well until you get a nice mixture without lumps and then bake in a pan greased with margarine and sprinkle with flour: 180-degree oven for 45 minutes.
Once cooked allow to cool while you prepare the topping: melt the sugar with a drop of water in a saucepan over a low flame; remove from heat and add the previously reduced to chocolate chips and stir until melted.
Cover the cake with a layer of jam, then with cremetta Chakraborty we prepared.
When the latter will be pretty cool to put in the fridge well solidify the sweet.

- 150 g of chocolate
- 150 g of margarine
- 140 g of sugar
- 200 g of flour
- 200 g of soymilk
