Instructions
Work quickly as the slightly soft butter with the flour, almond flour, sugar, cinnamon, cocoa, baking powder and egg.
If you were to add a few tablespoons of milk.
Let it sit awhile the dough in the fridge, then roll out the dough on a baking tray greased with butter and floured.
Filled with Strawberry Jam, folded edges.
Bake in medium oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

- 150 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of almond flour
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 200 g of flour
- A Few Tablespoons Milk =
- 1 egg
- 150 g of strawberry jam
- Cinnamon
