Instructions
Blanch almonds in boiling water, then Peel and finely chopping.
Mix together almonds, white and yellow flour, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and grated lemon peel.
Merge to last the lard and butter without dissolve.
Knead everything together so that the dough is not homogeneous, but lumps, which will fall to rain in a buttered mould.
Bake in hot oven for an hour.
Still warm, but not hot, sprinkle with icing sugar.

- 200 g of white flour
- 200 g of yellow flour sieved
- 200 g of almond
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 g of lard
- 100 g of butter
- 2 egg yolks
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 1 sachet of vanilla
