Instructions

Divide horizontally the sponge cake in 3 disks.

Blend the jam with 2 tablespoons water and spalmatela on two discs.

Quickly recompose the sponge covering with the third disc.

Dilute the icing sugar with a tablespoon of water until you have a creamy dense enough.

Spalmatela on the cake to draw the face, leaving the hair area.

Decorate frosting as desired before it dries.

You can draw your mouth with chocolate or pads with candles, in the case of a birthday.

Use strips of candied fruit on the cheeks.

Spread nutella so as to draw the hair and striatela with the prongs of a fork.

Let the cake at room temperature until the serve.
