Instructions

Softened butter, kneading with a spatula into a bowl, then add the sugar and continue to work the two ingredients until mixture is fluffy, add the eggs and beat again.

Once the cooking time necessary, when poking at the dough with a stick the latter will completely dry, remove the baking sheets from the oven, let cool slightly, put the cakes on a rack and let them cool completely.

Then spread one of two cakes with apricot jam, spreading it evenly, and put some other things.

Incorporate the butter cream coloring, 4/5 deal on soft surface, forming a compact layer; place the rest of the cream in a pocket with a star nozzle and formed the sweet six equally-spaced rosettes among them, garnish with chocolate tablets and serve.
