Pan of Potatoes and Onions (Tortiera di Patate e Cipolle)
Instructions
Thinly slice the potatoes, Peel the tomatoes, remove seeds and slice them.
Mix together tomatoes, potatoes, onions, pecorino cheese, olive oil, oregano, a pinch of salt and a glass of cold water.
Grease a round baking dish, pour in the mixture, press and go in the oven already warm to 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
Serve warm in pan.

- 800 g of potatoes
- 300 g of finely sliced onions
- 500 g of ripe tomatoes
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese
- 1 pinch of oregano
- Salt
