Peel and cut into slices fruit.
Whisk 2 eggs with 2 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons sugar and a pinch of salt.
Combine the fruit and the 2 remaining egg whites until foamy soda well mounted.
Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish and bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
