Vegetable patty
Instructions
Clean, wash all vegetables sliced separate holding.
In an oiled baking dish arrange layers alternating the flavors and seasoned each layer with oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
Bake in hot oven for about an hour, then wait a few minutes and baked before serving.
