Hot apple pie
Instructions
Peel the apples, ritagliatele in slices and place them in a saucepan with a little water, greater or lesser.
Cook apples until they are disposed; pass through a sieve, put back again on fire because dry.
Add the sugar and, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, let Apple puree thickens.
Reflect in a bowl, then dress with cinnamon and butter, and then mix in the breadcrumbs and raisins, which you previously did soak in warm water.
When the mixture of apples will be completely cool, add egg whites gently, firmly mounted to snow.
Grease a pudding mold from a quart or so, pour the Apple mixture and bake in moderate oven for about 40 minutes.
When all this will be lifted, put on a plate and serve the hot pie.

- 500 g of apples renette
- 25 g of butter
- 50 g of sultanas
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs end
- 3 egg whites
