Instructions
Boil the artichokes, cut them into wedges, season with butter, beat them.
Heat the sauce, add the artichoke puree, fontina cheese and diced salami, egg yolks, egg whites soda, add salt and pepper.
Grease an ovenproof dish, sprinkle of breadcrumbs, pour the mixture and gratinate in the oven at 180 degrees until the surface is golden.

- 6 artichokes
- 60 g of butter
- 100 g of fontina cheese
- 6 slices of lean salami
- 3 eggs
- 1 pack of béchamel sauce ready
- Salt
- Breadcrumbs
