Delete the head to anchovies, sventratele, diliscatele completely and wash them.
Pour a little olive oil in pan, Settle a layer of anchovies, garlic and Sprinkle chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Cut the artichokes tender part, make a layer of anchovies and seasoned alike.
Make another layer of anchovies until exhaustion.
Finally, pour over the olive oil and place in oven at moderate heat.
