Instructions
Place in a bowl, you could bring to the table, the minced meat; dress with salt, pepper and the juice of two lemons; Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut in half the onions, cleaned and chopped parsley and radishes in this way: wash them leaving the tuft of leaves, then with the knife cut the cloves but do not reach the bottom, so that the radish opens almost to form a flower.
Stir the meat, which is meanwhile the onions cooked in lemon, capers and chopped parsley.
Make small holes on the surface of the flesh in which you gently drop the egg yolk.
Decorated around with radish flowers alternating with tufts of parsley.

- 2 lemons (juice)
- 20 spring onions
- 1 handful of pickled capers
- Parsley
- 12 radishes
