Mushroom and potato pie
Instructions
Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into very thin slices.
Gently clean the mushrooms and slice them up.
In a saucepan melt the butter and settle in layers alternating with potatoes and mushrooms.
Sprinkle each layer of grated cheese, chopped parsley and a little salt.
Add half a glass of water.
Cover and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for one hour.
Withdrawn, let stand 5 minutes and serve the tart.

- 500 g of mushrooms
- 500 g of potatoes
- 40 g of butter
- 100 g of grated cheese
