Nettle pie
Instructions
Blanch the nettles to steam for a few minutes, until hot and then tagliuzzarle.
In a bowl beat the eggs (5 for each 1000 g nettle), mix with the other ingredients and pour into a well greased and floured crock; Cook in a water bath or oven at moderate heat, then season with pepper and serve.
