Tartlet of eggs and zucchini with the thermomix
Instructions
Arrange the butterfly on the blades, then add the milk, butter, salt, pepper, sliced Zucchini and cook for 15 minutes at room temperature 100 speed 1 holding the measuring cup.
The zucchini in a buttered baking dish.
Put in mixing bowl the flour, Parmesan parsley and eggs: 10 seconds at speed 4.
Pour the mixture over the zucchini and cook the cake in the oven at 180 temperature for 30 minutes.
Like guarnisci with Mint or parsley leaves.

- 3 eggs
- 150 g of milk
- 30 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 25 g of parmigiano
- 1 sprig parsley of (or 10 mint leaves)
