Vegetable Patty (Tortino di Verdure)
Instructions
To season the vegetables with oil or butter, if desired, also chopped onion or garlic.
Beat the eggs with the whip by combining salt and cheese.
Pay on the vegetables and stir quickly.
Put in preheated oven at 175º for few minutes till the eggs will start to stiffen.
Serve hot, warm or cold.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup of cooked vegetables (spinach, chard)
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Olive oil (or butter)
