Squid with herbs
Instructions
Clean squid and cut into rings.
Boil the herbs in water that remains on the leaves after washing and chopping finely.
Saute the chopped aromatic oil, salt and pepper.
Add the squid and cook for 3/4 of an hour fresh focus.
Combine the herbs, pine nuts and raisins and bring to boiling.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of herbs
- 1 tablespoon of chopped pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon of sultanas soaked
- 1 chopped parsley, onion and celery
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 10 cl of olive oil
- Salt
- 10 cl of pepper
- Pepper
