Sandwiches with sausage
Instructions
Work the butter with a tablespoon of Horseradish and a little salt, spread it on slices of bread: on four place a salad leaf, the sausage cut in two lengthwise, another salad leaf; cover with the remaining slices of bread.
As you wish you can replace the horseradish with mustard.
Wrap the sandwiches in wax paper.

- 8 slices of cassette bread
- 80 g of butter
- Grated horseradish
- 8 leaves salad
- 4 pork sausages
- Salt
