Seafood sandwiches
Instructions
Spread with a little butter and bread slices over the cheese.
Then spread the shrimp just boiled.
Cover with remaining slices of bread and passed on the grill until the cheese has softened a little.
Open the slices and sprinkle them with watercress.
Cut them in half diagonally and serve.
