Palombo slices braised
Instructions
Clean and wash the vegetables and cut thin slices carrots, cut into 2 cm long pieces celery and finely chop the onion with the Crescent.
Place all vegetables in the bottom of a baking dish and lay the slices of palombo, formerly washed under running water and dry with a cloth.
Pour into baking pan two glasses of dry white wine and as much water as you need to cover all ingredients, add salt and pepper.
Put the pan on the heat and bring to a boil at moderate heat, then transfer the Pan in the oven already hot (180 degrees) and simmer for 40 minutes.
Remember to turn the pieces occasionally, trying not to break them, and, where appropriate, add a few tablespoons of hot water.
At the end of cooking, when the vegetables and the fish are soft, remove the Pan from the oven and bring it directly to the table.

- 4 palombo slices (200 g each)
- == 1 large onion
- 2 carrots
- 3 stalks of celery
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 cups of dry white wine
